Trick I was told was - take a photo of the yarns and view them as black and white... if you can see a contrast they will work.. if you can't and they come out as similar grey shades they'll merge and they won't... give it a go with other colours and see what works.... saves time - trust me :o) I had a similar probelm when i did a pink and grey…
