Happy third blogiversary to me! 
I’ve been away from the blog for a while, and I need to get back into the swing of it. I have a finished project or two to share, for a start. I need to find a good blogging routine and stick to it. Does anyone have any tips to share on how best to do this? Other than being tied to my computer chair til I churn out a post each day?

Well, I think part of your trouble is too much secret knitting this year. Pretty much everything you’ve done is presents or submissions.
Maybe you need to make it a cupcake blog

No great ideas here. I find that my interest in/time for blogging comes and goes. At the beginning of the summer, I wasn’t posting at all. I’ve been back at it lately and this week posting regularly. I guess the motivation this week was having a particular challenge/goal to accomplish and share every day.
I’m not sure that would always work for me, though, but it could be something to try….publicly declaring a goal for a day/week/month, and then blogging about it to keep myself accountable. Hmm.
But I’ve noticed most people’s blogs have been pretty quiet this summer, so you’re not alone!

yup I think everybody is the same, and its summer hols, I find it difficult to concetrate with two boys firing questions and demands at me till I stop what I am doing LOL maybe thats just my two though!

My tip: don’t have a (or in your case another) baby ;). I’m getting my colur kicks from the pureed veg these days, rather than the gorgeous yarns…!

if you do figure out how to blog regular-like, let me know. i’ve got pictures uploaded and stories running around my head but not much time to get it blogged. i keep thinking, maybe when fieldwork dies down and i’m home for a bit……
