Yep my back's heaps better :) Love the hat! I've used the cygnet wool rich 4 ply and it was great. I know what you mean (I think) with the shawl back to front - I kind of loosely roll it up, and wrap round my neck with the point at the front, then each end comes back around, so it looks like a funny shaped, but very cosy scarf!
