…bigger blob than before, but very uncooperative. The head is on the right and facing downwards. But I do know whether it’s a pink or blue one.
Let’s put it this way – I’ll not have to worry about whether a knitting pattern is too girly or not..!
Mr B and I have tentatively chosen a name, but it remains to be seen if she actually suits it when she arrives. DS2 was going to be Archie until he came out looking nothing like an Archie and ended up being nameless for about three days until he was given an name which suited him far better.

So excited for you Kate
Just think of all of those adorable girlie patterns.
How, the baby bunny is growing!
How exciting! And just think of the fun in teaching her to knit in years to come!
awww bless. Hope everything was all ok at the scan.
(i should probably warn you, they told me mine was a girl at the 20 week scan too…. he wasn’t!)
how exciting:)
and how lucky you are not having to choose either blue or pink, by can choose any:)
How lovely! And girls really can wear any colour. Though I had my one-of-each twins out the other week and DD was wearing a bright pink coat and is so OBVIOUSLY a girl anyway and this old lady came over and said ‘Oh, two lovely wee boys!’. Didn’t have the heart to correct her!
How exciting, Kate! Thanks so much for telling us.
Glad you gave her some cream teas, she looks well on it.
DD2 was registered as Carina at first but we decided that she looked more like an Adeline We could change the name on the birth certificate, as long as it was done before she was 3 months old ( that was 21 years ago!!!)
Wow, congrats, yipee, Girl Power! great news after two boys (?) how nice to have a girly and there are so many fabulous girly patterns. I hear the sound of much and multiple needle clicking
Like to read your blog and today I found that you are pregnant. I just say CONGRATULATIONS! I am a mother of 3 and I know the feeling of expecting a child. It can be both heaven and hell. I am wishing you all the best with your pregnancy and motherhood.
Kindly regards from Sweden

YAY a pink one! Not that little boys aren’t great, too, but little girls are more fun to knit for. >_>
Congrats, and I hope all is well everywhere.
