Baby Bandana Bib

My little one is a champion dribbler. I wanted a more elegant solution than simply tying a muslin around her neck, but the knitted bib patterns that I found tended to be huge squares of knitting, which I didn’t really need just to mop up a bit of drool. So I came up with my own answer.
The pattern is supremely simple, quick to make and is perfect for using up oddments of cotton from your stash. Make several in different colours for a stylish baby!

I have an active toddler who wants to examine everywhere and everything, and with the arrival of Spring and warmer weather there’s a whole world to explore outside. I wanted to knit a jacket that would keep an active little girl warm without being restrictive. I like the style of traditional, a-line matinee jacket patterns, but chose a cheerful, Spring-like green cotton yarn for a less frilly version.. The large pockets are ideal for stashing away treasures found while on a big outdoors adventure.
